How can we help?

Pet-a-Bara is designed to work offline. Most issues can be solved without changing or deleting your saved progress.

First things to try

1. Pause the game and return to the main menu.
2. Close and reopen Pet-a-Bara.
3. Check that your phone has available storage and is running a supported operating-system version.
4. Install the latest Pet-a-Bara update from the same store where you downloaded it.

Sound, music, or motion

Open Settings from the main menu to adjust music, pet sounds, garden ambience, haptics, and reduced motion.

Progress and reinstalling

Progress is stored locally. Avoid uninstalling the game while troubleshooting because uninstalling can remove local saves. Pet-a-Bara does not currently provide an account or cloud-save recovery service.
